Is iPhone Claendar has been solved in its latest release? It creates lot of nuisance from iPhone users by sending quite a large number of invitation (N-1, n= no. of recurring events ) to the invitees for the same event.

 

If the invitee deletes this invitation from his calendar, iPhone starts rending those invitation once again. It keeps on repeating the same unless you switch off calendar from iPhone and delete the event from your outlook/pronto.

 

 

I would appreciate if anybody sends me a solution. We tried the same with 5.3.c4 but with no luck and then switched to webcal on iphone.

 

But you know users cannot be  invited for meeting by iPhone with webcal. Our Platform is now upgraded to 5.3.1. But did not try again with a  fear that user experience will be very bad again.
