Hello,

In WebAdmin -> Settings -> Network -> Blacklisted IPs -> Temporarily Blocked IP Addresses you can set the number of failed login attempts extremely high, to effectively disable blacklisting on failed login attempts.

Also, Whitelisted IPs are not blacklisted by this feature.
