Hello Hans.

Yes, is what is blocking the valid logins.  The problem is that the invalid
logins were there before 11.  They started when we upgraded from 10 to 11.  The
problem stopped when we stepped back to 10.

There would seem to be something wrong with the authentication from "roaming"
(not local IPs) users in ver 11.
