I had a test user with a shared calendar. I deleted this user. Another account that had access to this shared calendar still references the share in both Outlook and web mail. I did go into outlook tools/email accounts/blah/blah/Advanced tab and remove the account from there. Also attempts to delete it via the web mail fail, error: mailbox aliases cannot be removed.
This suggests that there's a folder alias in this account. That alias to the folder that does not exist now should be removed manually - either through CLI or through the WebUser interface.
I recreated the account/share/permissions but I still cannot remove it.
Suggestions?
