Hi,

Well, the account is semi-removed, but not completely. There is still some FILES on the harddisk in the account folder, that, for some strange reason, CGP will not delete.

This can be .DS_Store files on OS X, or other files.

It's an issue that keeps coming back on this list, and I so far has not seen a good reason why CGP shold not simply do an 'rm -R' on the account folder...

So, you Need to SSH/Remote into the server, use a terminal to go to the account folder, and manually rm the content i the folder...

Hi,

I have been unable to delete accounts occasionally in the past and just gave up... Right now, when I try to “Remove” an account, I get “directory is not empty” and it won’t remove it. When I logged in to the account through the webmail interface to perhaps empty the account, I get the error “mailbox does not exist”.

I understand the you cannot remove an account when it is in use, so is it in use somehow? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
-Chris
