No proxies, running Pronto AIR on the same host as CommuniGate Pro, Adobe AIR are installed also.
There's not explanation for me.

Alexander,

I'm just wondering, is there a proxy server between you client and CGPro?
We saw similar effects (captions in buttons missing, not able to log in,
etc..) (in earlier versions) when working via a proxy server..

Yesterday the last CommuniGate Pro 5.1.3 version was downloaded in the order
to test some of the new features.
Also Adobe AIR Web Player was downloaded from www.adobe.com

The first test was:
* Use Pronto AIR as desktop mail client
  Results:
  Pronto AIR does not work as expected, at first logon Pronto inform "Media
Services are disabled", what this means?
  At the second load of Pronto AIR was impossible to logon into the
CommuniGate Server, the screen is not completely, some titles and buttons
are missing without explanation, after that behavior, Pronto was
uninstalled, installed again, but the missing's persist, include
uninstalling AIR Web Player, installing again, unsolved.

What's is missing?
What I are doing wrong?
