Thanks for the idea, but its one rule, not two. I simply deleted the
discard action.
What is weird: the on-working of the rule is random! (actually I was
sending a mail to that account, and it worked correctly)

It almost sounds as if you have both rules running at the same time,
with Rule 1 running with a higher priority.
Rule 1 puts a copy in inbox/kaeser
Rule 2 then acts before the copy goes into your Inbox and places another
copy in inbox/kaeser. The message is then discarded so it doesn't go
into your Inbox.
You can test this by placing a "Stop Processing" action as after the
"Store in inbox/kaeser" action of the first rule.
Can't guarantee this is the issue, but its my best guess.
