If you are an admin for the domain in question and your username has the 'CanAccessMailboxes' permission set, you can just subscribe to his mailbox under the Subscriptions preferences with something like this:

Alias Name        Foreign Folder Name
other_inbox       ~username@domain/INBOX

If you don't have the 'CanAccessMailboxes' right, you will have to login to the account in question and specifically grant the right to view a specific mailbox to your admin account.

Hope this helps.  Brain is still foggy....darn Mondays.

I am in the need to access a users mailbox, and I don't really want  to change their password to get into their account.

Is there a quick and easy way as the server admin that I can create a  new folder in the Web app to their mail box?

Thanks in advance.
