I have yet to successfully get this going though, the SPA does detect a
ringing line but does not pass it over to CGPro.

you do have a registered indication for Line 1, correct? Meaning the SPA is registered to an account on the CGP server? By default, it should have PSTN to VoIP line ring through = yes, is that the case?

Can you make outbound calls from that CGP call to the PSTN? Try click to call in Pronto, or get a Softclient registered on that same account and try it.
