Did you customize webuser skins or pbx environments in CGPro?

I've tested this with both Chrome and Firefox (Fedora 26) and Chrom Android with the same results.
Deleting the browser profile does not help and creating a completely new account with a few test mails sent to it doesn't help either.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions what can be done?
