10:54:09.134 0 QUEUE([2710279]) moved To Bad Files

and the first few lines of the “bad” message are:

A []

Line #3, beginning with “P”, is all one line, and perhaps at 296 characters, it’s longer than CGP can accommodate.  Is there a work-around?

None I know of and THERE SHOULD NOT BE ONE.

Total length of an envelope email address in SMTP (specified as a "path" in RFC5321) is limited to 254 bytes (plus enclosing '<>'.) That address is right at that limit. However, the local-part (before the @) is limited to 64 bytes, but that local-part is 254 bytes. So is broken.
