The IVR does not support video  so the call gets answered as only audio.

The CGP app answers in g711 by default, and the second leg towards the phone will be in g711 as well  as it is generated by Communigate and not the phone.

Once the call is established you should be able to toggle video from the phone ( or other voice codecs as well).

The situation is as follows: I use Pronto to video call PBX number terminated on CGP. If PBX number goes directly to the video phone device, all is fine, the video is established, but if video call ends going through the Voice Menu first (IVR) and is then redirected to the video call capable phone, video call is never established, just the voice call. Is this SIP limitation of CGP bug?
