Never seen that before on my 30+ installations…

As I see the message text must be from a user, I assume the rules have been created through Outlook-MAPI Connector. But the connector will fail if we try to look at the rules.

How can I remove the rules so they don't reappear?

Rules beginning with a # are visible only to CLI. Not webadmin, not webuser. These are usually rules created by the system to handle shortcut features such as the Redirect box and the vacation message.

Hello

We have a problem that emails get forwarded to other people without any rule.

In CGP admin interface, there is absolute no active rule visible.

The log writes:
2 LOCALRULES(user.a) [194727] rule(#Redirect-Schule-to-user.b) Redirect -> [194722]

The account.settings file contains (this is ONE LINE):
 Rules = ((5,"#Redirect-Schule-to-user.b",(),(("Redirect to",user.b@domain.dom))),(0,"#Redirect",(),(("Mirror to",user.h),(Discard,"---"))),(0,"#Redirect user.m",(),(("Redirect to",user.m@domain.dom))),(0,"#Redirect-to-user.s",(),(("Redirect to",user.s@domain.dom))),(0,"#Vacation",(("Human Generated","---"),(From,"not in","#RepliedAddresses")),(("Reply with","Guten Tag\e\eBesten Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Ich bin zur Zeit nicht erreichbar. \e\eFreundliche Grüsse\e"),("Remember 'From' in",RepliedAddresses))));

When I remove the line above, the email still gets forwarded to user.b.

As soon as I create a dummy rule in CGP admin interface, the whole line above reappears, including my dummy rule. I can delete my dummy rule and then the exact rules as stated above keeps staying there.

What is going on there???

The client is Outlook 2010 and has a non-functioning (relating to the rules) CGP add-in.
The client has been shut down while deleting the rules in account.settings with CLI.
The server is CGP 5.4.4 on Linux x86-64 (64-bit) with MAPI Version 1.54.4.3/1.54.4.3.
