* Kernel: the New Zealand time zone has been updated.
* Bug Fix: VCARD: 5.1.10: when a VCard 2.1 item was composed, non-structured
field texts were escaped incorrectly.
* Bug Fix: Admin: 5.1c1: selecting all Enabled Services in Domain Setting
effectively set the "default" value for those Services.
* Bug Fix: PBXLEG: 5.1c1: PRACK waiting timeout did not cause an immediate
call failure.
* Bug Fix: PBXLEG: 5.1c2: when BreakBridge() operation is called and the
breakBridge mode is "keep", media-less legs did not create Media channels.
* Bug Fix: LDAP: 5.1c3: when creating Account using LDAP Provisioning,
the "uid" attribute was not removed from supplied LDAP attribiutes.
* Bug Fix: LDAP: 5.1c1: error messages in Server Log could be corrupted.
