* Presence: Windows Messenger SERVICE requests are now used to obtain
  Presence info.
* RULES,PIPE: Rule-added header fields are now passed to external tasks
  if the [FILE] prefix is specified.
* PIPE,POP,RPOP: multi-line routing headers (Envelope-To, To/Cc) are
  supported now.
* Bug Fix: WebAdmin: 4.3c5: aliases specified in account import files
  caused import errors.
* Bug Fix: Domains: 4.3c3: account storage re-calculation could crash if
  the account info contained bogus data.
* Bug Fix: LIST: 4.3c4: the "X-List-Report" header field was composed
  incorrectly.
