* Bug Fix: WebAdmin: 4.0b4-4.0.1: the Refresh Rate for WebUser Sessions

* Bug Fix: CLUSTER: specifying '*' as the forwarding host (to relay mail via

  Log engine crashes.

  deadlocks.
