Changes from version 2.4:
* Includes Cartridge 3053.0.5.21 with the following changes:
 - If the Cloudmark server containing the certificate revocation list became
   temporarily unavailable, it was possible for the cartridge to end up in a
   loop that utilized 100% of the CPU and blocked downloads of microupdates.
 - High number of concurrent threads calling into scoring functions could cause
   lock contention due to the use of a write lock where a read lock was
   sufficient.
 - Fixed stability problems that can occur when processing nearly identical
   messages on multiple threads at exactly the same time.
 - Improved compatiblity with upcoming Cloudmark Gateway releases.
 - Sometimes, on startup, the Cartridge could fail to download incremental
   microupdates, which would require a removal of all files from the
   micro_updates directory to proceed.  This has been fixed.
