* Bug Fix: WebApp: 5.2c1: CG/PL applications did not load User Preferences.
* Bug Fix: AIRSYNC: 5.2c4: a server could send an "item deleted/updated"
  stanza before sending the item itself.
* Bug Fix: WebUser: 5.2.4: session-less Directory, Signup, and
  PasswordRecovery pages did not work.
